Yilmaz (Los Angeles, CA USA) Bought from 47th Street Photo. The clipper is broken just at the first use even thought it was handled very carefully. The picture shows all the item separately apart from each other, no wonder why? because it is impossible to assemble them. The clipper is useless because it doesn't carry that much of weight of the reflector. The arm doesn't have a connection to light stand. So what they claim to sell 3 useless separate items which don't serve for anything? It's ridiculous to give an ad on Amazon.com for something you can't assemble and use never. Shame on 47th Street Photo to sell such a week and useless items on Amazon.com. Nice!   December 25, 2009 Camera Guy 2 out of 2 found this review helpful This item works very well. The quality of the stand and reflector support is top notch. The reflector itself seems well made but I haven't used it enough to assert it's longevity. Two problems though; The stand does not fold up small enough to be carried around (this may be a nit since this is most likely used in a studio setting) and there are NO instructions on how to assemble it. It took me a few tries before I finally got it right. My only guide was the picture on Amazon. WIBNI they gave assembly instructions for us novices. I recommend this item to both amateur and pro. The stand is very heavy duty, and spring cushioned. The reflector/diffuser is a good size. Cons: The bracket which connects the arm to the stand is sort of clunky and difficult to adjust. Also, the stand was damaged a bit in the original packaging (a plastic piece was cracked, and the paint chipped, but it didn't affect the operation). I contacted customer service, and they offered to replace it, but in the end I didn't want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back and forth. .
