Product Description
Vivitar's ViviCam 5399 is a compact digital camera that features a 5 megapixel CMOS sensor, an 8.25mm (approx 50mm equivalent) fixed-focal length lens, and the ability to shoot stills and video underwater at depths as low as 15 meters (49'). Images can be composed and viewed post-capture on the camera's 2.4" TFT color LCD screen. Aside from still images, the ViviCam 5399 can also capture AVI video clips for viewing on your computer or uploading to YouTube and other online applications. Other features found on the Vivitar ViviCam 5399 include AntiShake technology, built-in flash with Red-Eye Reduction, USB 1.1 connectivity, and 32Mb of built-in memory. The ViviCam 5399 also accepts SD/MMC memory cards of up to 2GB capacity, is PictBridge enabled, and powers off 2 AAA batteries (alkaline or rechargeable). The Vivitar ViviCam 5399 comes with a copy of PhoTags Express software, which enables you to catalog and archive your photos (and prevents file duplication), crop them, make color and tonal adjustments, add captions, and other image editing functions.

Waterproof case failed and ruined the camera. I closed the case before I left the house. After I saw it was wet inside, I checked the case and the seals and it appeared everything was seated and closed properly. Case must not seal up as well as advertised. Waste of Money. Warranty states that is does not cover immersion in liquids.
