My only regret is that I should have gotten the CAT6 cable instead. I will be upgrading my router soon and I will get better performance with a CAT6 cable. Gigabit routers should use a CAT6 cable. Decent cord for low price - crimps a bit too much   August 4, 2010 Don't tread on me (North Carolina, USA) I ordered two of these cords. You can't beat $4.00 for a 50' cat 5e cable. If I had only complaint, the cable does not uncoil very nicely. This is leading to it crimping a bit too easily. Over time, I hope that the cable will relax and straighten out.
