Poor Design, Bad Foreign Customer Service, Don't Buy itNovember 27, 2009 Ben Kasy(San Jose, CA USA) I purchased the item and in my very first use, one of the legs was bent. I called the customer service for warranty but I was told it was my fault not the product. The foreign customer service was rude with poor english. OK tripodApril 22, 2008 René(Guatemala) This tripod has a really good folded and extended size, pretty big when extended and small when folded. The clicking mechanism isn't that good. It's hard to fold and extend, and may move a little when you're using it.
